Chelsea Lew

Chelsea Lew has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chelsea most recently worked at Olde Towne Pet Resort as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, where they were responsible for building and developing the best team across multiple locations. Prior to that, they worked at Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) in various roles, including Program Manager for Organizational Development and HR Inclusion and Experience Partner. At CSD, they focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as supporting the overall employee experience.

Before CSD, they worked as the Director of Operations & Sales at Artfully Handmade, where they developed HR functions, trained and managed a team of 50 employees, and designed employee handbooks and training programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Office Coordinator at Flashlight Media Group, LLC, overseeing operations and managing promotional campaigns.

Their early experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), where they conducted financial analysis and led team training. Throughout their career, Chelsea has demonstrated expertise in HR, operations, training, and organizational development.
