Karen O'Dell

Karen O'Dell is a dedicated school counselor currently serving at Olean Senior High School since August 2022, while also holding a longstanding position at Olean City School District since October 2003. O'Dell possesses a New York State Permanent School Counselor Certification and is recognized as a Senior Level Crisis Prevention Institute Instructor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Autism Specialist/BCBA. In addition, O'Dell has experience as an elementary school counselor and served as an adjunct professor at St. Bonaventure University from January 2007 to December 2010. O'Dell's educational background includes a Master's degree in School Counseling from St. Bonaventure University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from SUNY Fredonia.
