Hugo Montiel

Hugo Montiel has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Control Room Operator at OLEO Consulting Group since December 2017, while also holding a position as an Operador de Planta at CORPOELEC since April 2009. Montiel possesses expertise in gas and steam turbine operations, having undergone training with Siemens that covers familiarization, control, operation, simulator training, and fault diagnosis. Proficient in operating various turbines including General Electric models and Siemens SGT6-5000F, Montiel is skilled in combined cycle systems, turbine control systems, and water treatment processes. Montiel holds a degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from CUNIBE, completed in 2012.
