Stijn Van Elslande is an experienced freelance HR professional with a robust background in interim management, consultancy, and project support. Since March 2017, Stijn has been the owner of TalentMind, focusing on HR management, talent management, learning and development, and HRIS. Recent roles include serving as a Freelance Global Talent Manager for Oleon and Freelance HR Manager for Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems in the EMEA and APAC regions. Stijn has held multiple freelance HR positions, addressing various aspects such as performance management, HRIS implementation, and talent management across notable companies including Lidl België & Luxemburg, Degroof Petercam, bpost, and Securitas Belgium. Stijn holds a Master's degree in Criminology from Ghent University and has pursued additional education in coaching and business management.
