Joyce Chan-Cartier

Joyce Chan-Cartier has had a diverse work experience. Joyce started their career as a Project Lead at Graziani + Corazza Architects inc. in 2011 and held that position until 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto for a short period. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Monitor Deloitte, first as a Senior Consultant and then as a Manager. In 2019, they joined RTI International as an Associate Director, Strategy, and later became the Strategy Director and Digital Lead. Joyce also worked as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA Program at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Digital Transformation & Strategy at OLG. From April 2023, they will transition into a new role as Director, Digital Channels at the same company.

Joyce Chan-Cartier holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Joyce also has a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Carleton University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they completed a course in Machine Learning and Python at BrainStation in 2020. Joyce also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
