Fred Barnes

Fred Barnes has over 30 years of experience in construction and engineering management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Construction Services at OLH Inc. since August 2020, Fred previously held positions including CEI Manager of South Carolina at Survey and Mapping, LLC from November 2018 to August 2020, and Construction Engineering & Inspection Manager at Volkert, Inc. from August 2011 to July 2013. Fred's career also includes significant roles such as Construction Manager at The LPA Group from August 1999 to August 2011 and Project Manager at Rea Construction Company from October 1988 to September 1999, focusing on business development and management of construction services throughout South Carolina.
