Giovanni Zacchia

Giovanni Zacchia is the current Head of CRM at OLIO. Giovanni has previous experience working as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Miro and as a CRM Lead at Airbnb. Giovanni has also worked as a Senior CRM Manager at HotelTonight, where they were responsible for managing the company's CRM efforts in the US and EMEA.

Giovanni Zacchia has a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Università Bocconi, as well as an exchange program in Marketing Management from Boston College. Giovanni also has a Bachelor's degree in Management for art, culture and communication from Università Bocconi. Finally, they have a Maturità classica in Studi classici e del mondo antico from Liceo classico "L. Galvani". Giovanni is also certified in IELTS - International English Language Testing System and European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
