Sania Khalid is currently working as a People and Culture Executive at Oliv, where Sania was headhunted for multifaceted roles and revamped the recruitment process through automation strategies. Sania also holds the same position at Linkstar, where Sania spearheaded recruitment processes and developed a structured performance management plan. Previously, Sania has experience as an Intern in various HR and procurement roles at Engro Corp, Orient Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., TCS Private Limited, Extreme Commerce, and ibex. Sania completed their Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology at the Institute of Business Management and is currently pursuing further education at Aspire Institute.
