Janey Howl has been working in the field of psychology since 1981. Janey began their career as an Academic Researcher and Lecturer in Business Psychology at the University of Dundee. In 1985, they became a Consultant Business Psychologist and Corporate Trainer for Saville & Holdsworth (UK) Ltd, where they specialized in assessment, selection, and psychometrics. In 1989, they joined Ashridge Consulting, now known as Hult EF Corporate Education, as an Executive and Leadership Coach, Team Coach, Facilitator and Action Learning, and Talent Development specialist. In 2019, they began studying for a Doctorate in Health Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, where they have been coaching wellness, activating healing and building resilience. In 2021, they joined Integrity Coaching Ltd, advocating for racial literacy, educating for courage and kindness, and coaching school leaders. Janey also joined Oliva as an Online Health Psychologist, Wellness Coach, and specialist in helping individuals overcome stress, overwhelm and burnout. Janey Howl currently delivers transformational results for stressed or dissatisfied executives and professionals as a Transformational Coach and Business Psychologist, working virtually with clients around the globe, and in person in Devon and Bristol.

Janey Howl has a comprehensive educational background. Janey holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University (2017-2018), a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University, a Master of Arts (M.A. Honours) in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh, and is currently a student for Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University (2019-ongoing). Janey also holds certifications from The Association for Business Psychology, The British Psychological Society, EMCC UK, WELLKOM LIMITED, Hult EF Corporate Education, International Coaching Federation, and The British Psychological Society.
