Paul LaRose

Executive Director, Pacific Northwest at Olive Crest

Paul LaRose is the current Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest branch of Olive Crest. Paul has had a long and varied career in ministry, starting as a Metro North Area Leader with the Northwest Ministry Network. In this role, they were responsible for connecting ministers with one another and with practical resources and opportunities. Paul also served on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Ministry Network, where they were a fiduciary responsible for acting in the best interest of the organization.

In February 2014, Paul became the Area Leader for Metro North. In this role, they encouraged trust and unity among ministers, church boards, and congregations. Paul also counseled boards or pulpit committees during pastoral transitions. In March 2016, they left this position to become the Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest branch of Olive Crest.

In their current role, Paul is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Olive Crest’s work in the Pacific Northwest, including program development, fund raising, marketing, and public relations. Paul is also responsible for building relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of Olive Crest’s work in the Pacific Northwest.

Paul LaRose has a Master of Arts in Discipleship Ministries from Liberty University. Paul is certified in Grief Following Trauma and Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. Paul is also certified in Best Training Practices for the CISM Instructor from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. Paul LaRose is certified in SLTA Coach from The Institute for Spiritual Leadership Training and in Coach Leadership Development Resources from Leadership Development Resources LLC. Paul is an ACE Overcomers Instructor from ACE Overcomers and certified in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
