Ganesh Shrestha

Ganesh Shrestha is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at Olive Group since September 2024, where responsibilities include leading strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement. Previously, Ganesh was an Operations Manager and Scrum Master at HiUp Solutions from August 2016 to August 2024, and held the position of Senior Web Designer at Softech Foundation from January 2014 to September 2016. Early career experience includes working as a Junior Web Designer at Maple Leap Groups from February 2013 to April 2014. Ganesh holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Shridhar University, completed in October 2023, and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kantipur City College.
