About The Role:
Olive & June is looking for a driven Account Lead with experience managing mass or drug retail accounts (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS). The scope of work for this role encompasses relationship management, holistic wholesale revenue and performance management, including buyer management, marketing / promo planning and budget oversight. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, strong project management skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Manage partnerships with mass retailers and broker partners; including key launches, space location, and stock
Maintain positive relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve
Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized
Own all marketing calendars associated with the channel, working with the cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution
Partner cross-functionally with operations, data, and marketing
Drive thoughtful, strategic growth within the channel
