Céline Mélard

Céline Mélard has extensive work experience as a freelance translator, reviewer, and copy editor. Céline has been providing translation, proofreading, and editing services from English, Dutch, and German into French since April 2010. Their specialization lies in various subjects, including press releases, marketing, advertising, fashion, cosmetics, new technologies, lifestyle, and health. Céline has also worked as a lead copy editor at OLIVER Agency since July 2022 and at Hogarth Worldwide from April 2015 to June 2022. Prior to their freelance work, they spent six years as a translator at Lexitech from October 2004 to March 2010.

Céline Mélard began their education in 1993 at Institut Saint-Joseph, where they did not receive a degree or have a specific field of study. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Petit Séminaire Saint-Roch, specializing in languages and social communication, and graduated with a CESS. Céline then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation, focusing on English and German languages, from 1999 to 2004 at École d'Interprètes Internationaux, earning a degree called "Licenciée en traduction pour les langues anglaise et allemande".
