Eftychia Manenti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they work as a Senior Project Team Lead at OLIVER Agency, where they lead a team and focuses on streamlining workflows and implementing strategies for various brands. Previously, they held the role of Senior Project/Account Manager at Wordsearch and worked as a Creative Project Manager at Grayling. Eftychia also gained experience as a Sales & Marketing Specialist at F Zeen. Prior to that, Eftychia served as a Primary Production Manager and Account Manager at Hogarth Worldwide, where they were responsible for managing campaigns and coordinating the localization of promotional materials. Eftychia also worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Axalta Coating Systems. Eftychia started their career as a Senior Project Manager at Direct Line Group, where they excelled in delivering exceptional customer service. Before that, they worked as a Social Media Manager on a freelance basis and as a Marketing & Public Relations professional at Aldemar Resorts. Eftychia began their career in the hospitality industry at Hotel Pentelikon.

Eftychia Manenti attended the University of Piraeus from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance. During the same period, they also studied at Le Monde and obtained a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, with a focus on the hospitality industry. In 2010, they obtained a diploma in Public Relations from City College. In 2011, Eftychia pursued a diploma in Creative Writing from the Institute of Communication.
