John started their career as a Copywriter at TMW Unlimited, where they worked on projects for T-Mobile, Guinness, Nissan, Lloyds TSB, P&G, British Airways, M&S, and Sainsbury's.

John then moved on to work at MBA as a Senior Copywriter, creating integrated brand campaigns for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, The National Trust, The AA, Embraer, L. A Fitness, Everest windows, and Marriott Hotels and holiday travel.

After that, they joined Weapon7 as a Senior Copywriter, where they led projects for high-profile brands like PlayStation, Xbox, Cadbury, DHL, and Ubisoft. John also secured a significant deal with DHL, generating £1 million for the agency.

Following their time at Weapon7, they joined CHI&Partners as a Senior Copywriter, responsible for determining the voice and tone of projects for national and international brands like British Gas, Lexus, and The Prince's Trust.

John then became Creative Director at Pulse Creative London, leading creative projects for News UK brands such as The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, and TalkSport. John played a key role in the agency's growth, increasing the team size from 30 to 75+ people.

After Pulse Creative London, they worked as Creative Director at True, managing a team of creative professionals for projects in the B2B sector, working with brands like Volvo Commercial Vehicles, ROCKWOOL, ME Hotels, MIURA Mobile Payments Specialists, and Micro Focus Software.

Most recently, they joined OLIVER Agency as the Lead Writer for Ford UK & Europe, where they acted as a creative focal point, delivering on and offline communications for the Ford Motor Company. John built strong relationships with senior clients and ensured compliance with European rules for automotive communications. John also optimized copy for online user experience platforms.
