Adriano Lino

Adriano Lino has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative at Findmatch, where they conducted market mapping, negotiated with customers, and nurtured relationships with existing clients. In 2015, they served as a Sales Specialist at Benugo. Then, from 2016 onwards, they transitioned into the field of technology and business recruitment at Oliver James, starting as an Associate Consultant and eventually progressing to their current role as Divisional Director | Business & Technology. In their current position, Adriano is responsible for the development and leadership of the Italian Office, specializing in various areas such as IT development, cyber security, data analytics, change management, digital marketing, finance, and more. Adriano oversees business development, account management, commercial operations, and P&L, ensuring the Perm BU meets its goals and delivers business results.

Adriano Lino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli from 2011 to 2014. Later, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business & Management at Alliance Manchester Business School. Additionally, they have earned additional certifications in HOGAN 360 from Hogan Assessment Systems in October 2021 and Advanced Flair Bartending from Flair Bartenders School (F.B.S.) in Naples, Italy in September 2014.
