Elaine Wong

Head Of Operations - APAC at Oliver James

Elaine Wong has a strong background in the hospitality industry, starting their career as a Front Desk Officer at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Elaine then moved on to work at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Regional Sales Administrator, supporting the sales team and acting as a personal assistant to the Director of Sales. Currently, they are the Head of Operations - APAC at Oliver James, where they lead a team and oversees the general operations for both the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. Elaine is also responsible for providing human resources support, managing office administration functions, coordinating events, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and handling travel arrangements.

Elaine Wong completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Hong Kong Baptist University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc (Hons) in Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Elaine also obtained a certification in the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives from Harvard University in October 2015.
