Laura Louise Jackson

Laura Louise Jackson has a diverse work experience in the legal industry. Laura Louise is currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Oliver James since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Legal Operations at Fuse Legal from May 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as the Head of Legal Operations & Risk at Muldoon Britton Immigration from January 2021 to May 2021. Laura Louise also has experience as a Legal Operations Manager at Pure Legal Group from May 2018 to January 2021 and as the Head of Legal Department at Armstrongs Solicitors from December 2016 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Performance Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, and Legal Executive at Carpenters Group from 2011 to 2017. Laura Louise has also worked as a Legal Executive at 2020 Legal Limited from June 2009 to March 2011 and as a Litigation Executive - Insolvency & Restructure at DWF from March 2008 to May 2009. Laura started their career as a Legal Assistant to the Group Company Solicitor at Sequence (UK) Ltd from January 2006 to March 2008.

Laura Louise Jackson began their education at CILEX Law School in 2011, where they obtained a CILEX Level 3 Certificate & Professional Diploma in Law and Practice. Laura Louise continued their studies at the same institution and graduated in 2016 with a CILEX Level 6 Higher Professional Diploma in Law and Practice. During their educational journey, Laura also acquired several additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the Change Management Practitioner program at APMG International and obtained the ISO 9001 Implementation & Audit certification from the BSI Training Academy. Most recently, in 2023, Laura completed the Executive Mini MBA Accelerator program offered by In Professional Development (InPD).
