Simon O'Malley

Simon O'Malley has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and recruitment industry. Simon started their career as a Sales Advisor at Marks and Spencer in 2006, where they excelled in customer service and achieved a 100% score in a mystery shopper assessment. In 2010, Simon worked as a Freelance Event Coordinator at Diffusion Events before transitioning into recruitment roles.

From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Vantage Resources, specializing in sourcing IT professionals for clients' projects. Simon then joined Morgan McKinley in 2013 as a Java Contracts Recruitment Specialist and later became a Senior Principal Consultant, focusing on Java contracts.
