Dan Jones is currently a partner at Oliver Wyman. Prior to this, they were a partner at Capco and worked as a principal consultant within the Capco Banking Practice on digital and change projects. Before that, they were the ISBAN UK Manager at Santander UK where they were responsible for all change projects relating to retail regulation changes and changes to the core customer service and complaints application. Dan started their career at Accenture as a management consultant in the Financial Services sector of the company. There they gained experience with functional design and testing, defect management, and the implementation of large systems integration projects. Dan also has experience with process re-engineering and operating model analysis for cost reduction programmes. Dan has a wealth of experience in the banking and financial services industry and has proven himself to be a successful leader and manager of change programmes.
Dan Jones has a BA in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University. Dan is also certified by Scrum.org as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). In addition, they have a certification from the University of Colorado Boulder in Nutrition & Exercise Science and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, they have a Psychological First Aid certification from John Hopkins University SAIS Online.
