Dean Addis

Dean Addis is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in transformational change and governance. Currently a Partner at Oliver Wyman since February 2018, Dean co-leads the 8works capability, helping clients embed and sustain change. Dean also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the AIESEC Foundation since July 2016 and held the position of Partner at 8works Ltd from August 2011 to February 2018, focusing on a people-first consultancy approach. Previous roles include Trustee at AIESEC UK Ltd, where oversight of financial governance and strategic direction was provided, and Managing Consultant at Capgemini, specializing in business change across various sectors. Dean began a career in education as an English Teacher at BIC English School in Japan and led as President of AIESEC UK, guiding regional volunteer branches. Academically, Dean holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Mathematics from Queen's University Belfast.
