Dominika Walczak

Dominika Walczak is an accomplished Knowledge Manager at Oliver Wyman since September 2016, specializing in People and Organizational Performance. Dominika has played a pivotal role in supporting business development and project delivery, managing intellectual capital, and enhancing internal knowledge platforms. Previous positions included Senior Knowledge Analyst, leading the Clean Room team, and roles as Expert Knowledge Auditor and Social Impact Knowledge Manager, where Dominika focused on knowledge management services and document sanitization. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Dominika taught German and English at Euro-Lingua and Sprachenzentrum Berlinek, developing educational materials and facilitating learning. Dominika holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philology from the University of Warsaw.
