Helen Leis

Helen Leis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the health and life sciences sector, currently serving as Head of People & Organizational Performance for the Americas at Oliver Wyman since September 1999. In this role, Helen Leis advises clients on strategic growth, healthcare reform, and enterprise transformation, with a focus on chronic disease prevention and the shift to consumer-driven industries. Previously, Helen Leis held various positions at Mercer Management Consulting, providing strategic advice to private equity firms and consumer goods companies, and served as a board member for the New York Chapter of the Step Up Women's Network. Early in their career, Helen Leis worked as an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Helen Leis holds an MBA in General Management from Duke University and a BA in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
