Robert Bailey is a highly experienced professional in climate change and sustainability, currently serving as a Partner at Oliver Wyman since September 2021 and a Board Member at the Centre for Disaster Protection. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Climate & Sustainability at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where analysis and management of climate-related risks and opportunities was a key focus. As Research Director at Chatham House, Robert oversaw extensive research on energy, food, water security, and sustainable development. Earlier roles include Senior Research Fellow and Head of Economic Justice Policy at Oxfam, where policy advocacy on food and climate issues was paramount. Robert began their career as a Consultant at Oliver Wyman and holds advanced degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
