Rutger von Post is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy and transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Insurance & Asset Management Americas at Oliver Wyman, Rutger also co-leads the M&A Practice for the Americas. In addition to corporate roles, Rutger holds positions as a Board Member for the American Ballet Theatre and as an Executive Board Member for the American-Scandinavian Foundation, actively contributing to cultural and educational initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President and Partner at Strategy& and Booz & Company, where Rutger specialized in organizational effectiveness and cultural performance.
