Noemi Campolo

Noemi Campolo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Noemi currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist at Oliver Inc., where they manage the full recruitment process and oversees various HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Prior to this role, they worked as the HR Manager at Deliver My Meds, where they established the HR and Payroll department. Noemi also gained experience in corporate talent acquisition at Grifols and held a leadership position as Group Leader and Talent Acquisition at Talent Search People. Noemi began their career as an HR Business Partner and Specialist at BMW Bank GmbH, where they focused on talent management and recruiting. Noemi has also worked in various recruitment roles at companies such as IBERSAF INDUSTRIAL SA, MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL ITALIA S.P.A, The Adecco Group, and Buzzi Unicem Italia.

Noemi Campolo started their education in 1995 at Liceo Scientifico, where they completed their secondary education. From 2000 to 2005, they attended Università degli Studi di Torino and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, achieving a grade of 108/110. In 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at SDA Bocconi.
