Iris Gam

Iris Gam is currently the Vice President, People & Culture at Ollion, a cloud-native enterprise tech consultancy. Prior to this role, Iris held various leadership positions in Human Resources and Organisation Development in companies such as STT Cloud, Smiths Group plc, VMware, TNT, and HEINEKEN. Additionally, Iris has experience in consulting and transformation projects from their time at Ernst & Young and the Ministry of Manpower. Iris obtained a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
