Andrea Philippou

Andrea Philippou is an experienced UX Researcher and Content Writer currently employed at OLM Systems since October 2021. Andrea has also been a Freelance Usability Tester at UserTesting since June 2017, conducting independent assessments of various online and offline activities while providing essential feedback for design and functionality improvements. Previous roles include Junior UX Writer, Business Development Representative, and Web Researcher at DigiCert, Inc., as well as Editorial Fellow at The Tempest. Andrea's earlier experience includes positions as a Data and Research Intern at Burlington Media Group, Insurance Analyst Intern at Leonard Cheshire Disability, and a Bookshop Assistant at Oxfam. An educational background includes a Master’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Literature & Publishing from Emerson College.
