Hugo Froes

Hugo Froes is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Product Operations at OLX since November 2021, where Hugo also leads Product Operations for OLX Motors Europe. In addition to this role, Hugo is an invited professor at IADE, conducting a masterclass on Human Centered Design, and teaches in the Digital Marketing postgraduate program at Autónoma Academy. Hugo co-founded UX Discuss in November 2014 and has held significant positions at FARFETCH, ResearchOps Community, EDIT., TicAPP, Codacy, and Hi INTERACTIVE, focusing on user experience strategy, research, and operations across various industries. Hugo holds multiple qualifications in arts and design, including a National Senior Certificate in Fine and Studio Arts and a Professional Web Programmer certification.
