Michael Attelid

Michael Attelid is the current Global Director of Business IT at OLX Group. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Partner of Attelid Consulting AB from February 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing a well-functioning organization that ensured the business received the IT they needed. Michael also managed budgeting, people management, and business planning. From January 2015 to April 2017, Attelid was the Director of IT at Spotify. In this role, they managed Spotify's global internal IT organization. This team was responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to employees worldwide, building and maintaining office IT infrastructure, developing and administering internal systems, and supporting internal events from a technical perspective. From September 2008 to January 2015, Attelid worked at PwC Sweden as a Director | Senior Advisor for IT Governance and Risk. In this role, they advised clients on how to develop and implement their IT governance framework and risk management processes. Michael also helped clients assess their compliance with regulatory requirements. From May 2007 to December 2009, Attelid served on the Board of itSMF Sweden. During their time on the Board, they helped shape the strategic direction of the organization and provided guidance on operational matters. From December 2001 to September 2008, Attelid was the Head of IT Service Delivery Management at ICA AB. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team that delivered IT services to ICA's business units. Michael also oversaw the development and implementation of ICA's IT service management processes.

Michael Attelid has a Master of Law from Stockholm University and has completed a course in leadership and business acumen through PwC Learning and Development.
