Anne-Marie Masella has several years of experience in the food industry. Anne-Marie began their career in 1999 as an Operations Quality Manager at The Pillsbury Company. In 2001, they joined Olymel, where they held various roles including QA Director for processed pork and Food Safety Director. In 2016, they became the Corporate Quality Assurance Director for Poultry and later the Corporate Director of QA for processed poultry. In 2019, they joined AQIA as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
Anne-Marie Masella obtained a Bacchelor's degree in Applied Sciences in Food Sciences from Université Laval, which took place from 1986 to 1991. Anne-Marie also acquired a certification in Green belt Lean Six Sigma from Mouvement québécois de la qualité in 2015.
