Étienne Hardy agr. MBA has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Étienne started their career as a Stagiaire étudiant at Elite Swine, Maple Leaf in 1998. Étienne then worked as a Stagiaire étudiant at Génétiporc from 1997 to 1999. After that, they became the Gérant nucleus porcin at Génétiporc for a year. Étienne then joined La coop Seigneurie as an Expert-conseil en production porcine from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as an Adjoint recherche et développement qualité de la viande et produits at Viandes duBreton/Génétiporc until 2005. In the same year, they became the Directeur principal production porcine at La Coop fédérée until 2014. Étienne is currently the Directeur principal production porcine Est du Canada at Olymel.

Étienne Hardy agr. MBA completed a Bachelier en sciences appliquées (B.A.Sc.) degree in Agronomie from Université Laval from 1995 to 1999. Étienne then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Université de Sherbrooke from 2014 to 2016.
