Amanda Trathen, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Amanda'smost recent role is as a Human Resources Manager at Olympia Provisions starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Front Of House Manager at The Star Pdx from October to December 2020. In 2019, they took on the role of General Manager at Noraneko and successfully implemented change management strategies to improve business performance. Amanda was a Bar Manager at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries from February 2015 to May 2019. Amanda also served as a General Manager at The Meeting House from April 2013 to November 2014. Amanda began their career as an Office Manager at Plex Lab Plastics from November 2010 to April 2012 and earlier worked as a Sales Analyst/Sales Administration at Delphi from June 2006 to August 2008.

Amanda Trathen, SHRM-CP, obtained their certification in Human Resource Management from Portland State University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Principia College, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.

Lastly, Amanda has obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they acquired in January 2023.
