Kristen Falk is a seasoned collections professional with extensive experience in account management and recovery. Currently serving as a Sr. Collections Analyst at Olympic Steel since 2008, Kristen conducts account audits, resolves discrepancies, and manages multiple high-volume accounts while providing exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Kristen owned and managed VRC, Inc Viking Recovery & Collections from January 2000 to January 2007 and worked as an Account Manager at American Lenders Service Company from March 1995 to January 2000, where responsibilities included nationwide recovery and collections for high-volume customers.
