Ashley Fox

Ashley Fox has gained extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ashley most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Olympus Insurance Company starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they were the People & Culture Manager at IKEA Group from September 2019 to October 2023. Ashley also served as the HR Operations Leader at Paul Davis USA from October 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they worked at Paul Davis Mid-Atlantic as the Human Resources Manager from August 2016 to June 2018 and as an Executive Recruiter from February 2016 to August 2016. Ashley started their career at MBS Solutions as a Senior Executive Recruiter from January 2013 to January 2016 and worked as a Nutrition Counselor at Trimline Weight Loss Centers from January 2012 to January 2013.

Ashley Fox attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from 2002 to 2006. Before that, they attended Lakeland High School from 1998 to 2002. Ashley has also obtained several additional certifications from various institutions, including AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR and the National Wellness Institute.
