Aaron Frederick

Aaron Frederick has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll and compliance. Aaron worked as the Director of Payroll Operations at Omaha National Group from 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the TG Supervisor - Payroll & Time Projects at Kiewit from 2012 to 2016, where they managed a team responsible for payroll and time entry enhancements across multiple countries.

Before Kiewit, Aaron worked as the Corporate Compliance Manager at Gaylor, Inc. from 2011 to 2012, where they ensured compliance with HR policies and government regulations. Additionally, they managed audits from federal and state agencies, with a focus on increasing overall awareness and understanding of regulations.

From 2007 to 2011, Aaron held the position of Business Manager at Kiewit, where they oversaw HR, compliance, and finance on construction projects. Aaron also processed and supervised payroll for a large workforce.

Aaron began their career as a Compliance Officer at The Smith Group from 2006 to 2007, where they worked with management to ensure compliance with company policies and investigated employee complaints.

Aaron Frederick completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Southern Indiana from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
