Alma Michel Sosa

Alma Michel Sosa, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Compensation Business Partner at Omaha Steaks, a role held since August 2018, along with previous positions as a Talent Acquisition and HRIS Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include contacting applicants to schedule interviews, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and conducting interviews for various positions. Prior to this, Alma worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CHI Health for a brief period and began a career as an Administrative Assistant.
