Charlotte Ménard has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Charlotte is currently working as a Full Stack Developer at OMAJ since March 2022. Prior to this, they also worked as a Full Stack Developer at OMAJ from October 2022 to September 2022.

In 2021, Charlotte worked on various projects during their time at Wild Code School. Charlotte participated in a Hackathon organized by ManoMano x Wild Code School, where their team won the development track. Charlotte also worked on a project called "Simone Game" and another Hackathon called "Test aveugle". Additionally, they worked on a project called "Bagarre CLUB" from October 2021 to November 2021.

In this role, they were involved in merchandising, visual merchandising, commercial animation, marketing, pilotage of store openings, and cross-functional project management. Charlotte played a crucial role in the growth of La Chaise Longue, contributing to the opening of new stores, seasonal merchandising layouts, B2B stands, and the implementation of various projects such as the Yoobic application and the "Captains Chaiselongue" training program. Charlotte also worked as a Visual Merchandiser at La Chaise Longue from July 2011 to an unknown end date.

Charlotte also has experience in merchandising and visual merchandising at Hediard from March 2009 to April 2010. Charlotte worked as a Responsible for Styling and Decoration at PARISOT from June 2007 to July 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Merchandiser with a focus on visual identity from October 2006 to May 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Chef de Rayon at Jardinerie de Gally from January 2003 to September 2004.

Charlotte Ménard's education history begins in 1999 when they attended LEGTA Jules Rieffel, where they pursued a BTS degree in Aménagement Paysager (Landscaping) until 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, they enrolled at CCI Paris Ile de France (Ecole TECOMAH) and received a degree in Commerce with a specialization in Horticulture as a Conseiller Technique de Vente (Technical Sales Advisor). In 2005, they attended NEGOCIA - Centre International de Formation à la Vente et à la Négociation Commerciale, focusing on Atelier du Design de l'Espace Commercial (Currently: La Fabrique), where they obtained a degree in Décorateur Etalagiste Merchandiser (Visual Merchandiser) in 2006. More recently, in 2021, Charlotte Ménard studied web development at Wild Code School for a year.
