Manon Gabard Leëpinlausky has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2015 as an intern at APOSTROPHE, where they worked as a Design & Product Assistant. In 2015, they also won the Red Carpet Green Dress (RCGD) Contest, designing and producing Gina Rodriguez's gown for the 2015 Oscars. Manon exhibited their design at the RCGD Gala and Oscars in Los Angeles.

From 2016 to 2019, Manon worked as a Freelance Designer, Model-Maker, and Graphic Designer for various young clothing brands. Manon provided design, workshop follow-up, branding, graphic design and print services for brands such as Balmain, Ôde Paris, and Yemma, among others. Manon also worked as a Freelance Studio Assistant for Balmain in 2017.

In 2017, Manon was an Advertising Creative at LES GROS MOTS, an independent advertising agency. Manon was involved in 360 advertising design and copywriting, contributing to brand strategies, advertising campaigns, and brand content.

From 2019 to 2021, Manon worked as a Studio Stylist at SSENSE, a role in which they prepared and executed looks for luxury designer clothing displayed on their website. Manon styled various designers and brands while ensuring consistency with the SSENSE style guide.

In 2021, Manon worked as a Brand Image & Merchandizing Manager for Masai Clothing Company // Sandwich on a freelance mission. Their responsibilities included managing brand awareness and implementing a merchandising strategy for two brands on the Canadian territory.

Currently, in 2021, Manon is the Creative Lead at OMAJ.

Manon Gabard Leëpinlausky attended ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode from 2012 to 2015. Manon graduated with honors and obtained a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design during this time. In 2016 and 2017, they studied at Sup de Pub where they pursued a Master II degree, although the specific field of study is unknown. Prior to their higher education, Manon received their Baccalauréat degree from LYCEE GRAND AIR in Bordeaux in 2011. Their field of study at the time was Sciences économiques et sociales.
