Henley Ng has extensive experience in catering, event production, and coaching, currently serving as a Dragon Boat Coach for Ripple Effect Dragon Boat Foundation and a Catering Specialist for Omakase Restaurant Group since 2019. Prior roles include Catering Event Producer, Destination Market Supervisor, and Market Ambassador at Off the Grid, where engagement with market guests and support for food truck vendors were key responsibilities. Additionally, experience as a Driver at Lyft involved providing transportation services and customer support. A background in marketing as a Field Marketing Associate at Smart and Final included direct customer interactions and corporate reporting. Earlier professional experience includes a Teaching Assistant position at Growth and Learning Opportunities and a Sales Associate role at feet first. Henley is a graduate of City College of San Francisco.
