Tinan Thariath

Sous Chef at Omakase Restaurant Group

Tinan Thariath has been working in the culinary industry since 2017, starting as a Line Cook and eventually progressing to the role of Chef De Partie before becoming a Chef. In 2019, Tinan joined 273 Kitchen as a Chef and later moved on to Purdy’s Farmer & The Fish as a Sous Chef. Currently, Tinan holds the position of Sous Chef at Omakase Restaurant Group. Tinan graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Cambridge with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
