Saleem Amanulla

Saleem Amanulla has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Saleem started their career in 1989 as a Customer Service Representative at Gulf Air and later worked in various roles within the company, including Flight Attendant, Customer Service Agent, Airline Instructor, Airport Manager, and Head for Airport Operations. In 2011, they briefly worked as an Executive Director at Qatar Airways - GSA before joining Muscat Duty Free (Oman Sales & Services LLC) in 2017 as a Director on the Board of Directors. From 2012 to 2022, Saleem held different leadership positions at Oman Air, including Vice President - Ground Operations, Senior Vice President & PCAA Approved Nominated Post Holder, and Senior Vice President - Service Delivery. Currently, they are working as the Senior Vice President - Business Transformation at Oman Air. Throughout their career, Saleem has gained extensive experience in various aspects of airline operations, service delivery, and business transformation.

Saleem Amanulla has a diverse education background. Saleem completed an Advanced Management Program in International Business & Strategy at IMD in 2014. Saleem also pursued a Master's degree at City, University of London from 2018 to 2022. In addition, Saleem obtained several diplomas from IATA Training, including Station Management in 2004, Certified Trainer in 1995, Air Transportation of Dangerous Goods in 2000, Aircraft Weight and Balance in 1994, and Air Cargo & Logistics in 1995. Saleem holds a diploma in Nominated Post Holder from JAA Training Organisation in 2013 and a diploma in Psychometric Assessor from SHL in 2002. Saleem also obtained certifications such as Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Dispatcher from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1998 and a Load Controller certification from CAA Bahrain in 1994.
