Ayman Al.Shahi has a solid work experience in talent management and development. Ayman started their career at Oman Arab Bank in 2012 as a Training Administrator and gradually progressed to various roles including Performance Management Specialist, Head of Learning and Development, and eventually Head of Talent Management and Development. Ayman worked at Oman Arab Bank until December 2022. In January 2023, they joined Oman Housing Bank S.A.O.C as the Head of Talent Management and Development.

Ayman Al.Shahi pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Human Resources from the University of Bedfordshire from 2013 to 2015. Ayman's education journey started at the College of Banking and Financial Studies, where they earned a Higher National Diploma in Business and Human Resources from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Ayman Al.Shahi has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include being a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International since April 2021, a Certified Training Manager from Meirc Training and Consulting since May 2019, and a Knowledge Development of Harrison Assessments from Harrison Talent Solutions since April 2019. Furthermore, Ayman is an HCI Certified Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics practitioner accredited by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) since July 2018. Ayman also holds the title of Accredited Competency Professional (ACP) from ILM, which they obtained in March 2016.
