Yaroslav Klimenko has a diverse education history. Starting in 1987, they attended Lyceum #6, where they completed their secondary education. After that, from 1997 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on mathematical methods of economic analysis at the Higher School of Economics.

In 2002, Yaroslav continued their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in microeconomics and applied econometrics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, they embarked on PhD studies in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at the same university.

Later, in 2019, Yaroslav pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at Columbia Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Yaroslav also obtained various certifications. These include a Postgraduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Columbia Engineering in 2020, a German Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2019, and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in 2017, among others.
