Chris Herrick

Chris Herrick has a diverse work experience spanning over several notable companies. Chris started their career at Honeywell Aerospace in 1983, where they held various positions within the Human Resource function. Chris then moved on to Bestfoods in 1993, where they worked as the Director of Employee and Industrial Relations, providing HR support across multiple departments. In 2000, they joined Unilever, where they held several roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Foods & Supply Chain division, and Vice President of HR for North America. Their responsibilities at Unilever included talent development, integration of HR strategy, and overall HR responsibility for the North American businesses. In 2014, they joined OMEGA Engineering as the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Chris Herrick attended Wake Forest University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
