Dean Potratz

Dean Potratz is an experienced business leader with a robust background in strategic development and management across various industries. Currently serving as President of PeAk Strategic Business Development, LLC since December 2012, Potratz also sits on the Board of Directors for Omega Foods and owns James Dean Enterprises, LLC, focusing on investments in life sciences companies. Previous roles include Chief Business Development Officer for Omega Foods, LLC, and Chief Engagement Officer for Peak Harvest, LLC. Potratz has extensive experience as CEO of OPEN ROADS Business Growth and Development Services and Sargent & Potratz, alongside a marketing and public relations management position at The Medic Group, which specialized in medical device innovation. Potratz began a career in journalism and public relations, holding roles in editorial and supervisory capacities. Potratz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an Honor Society graduate from Baraboo High School.
