Derek Lim

Derek Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and procurement management. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Omega Integration Pte Ltd since November 2024, Derek has transitioned from roles including Sales Manager at Station Satcom and The AST Group from 2022 to 2024. Prior to these positions, Derek worked as a Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Engineer at Raytheon Anschuetz Singapore from 2019 to 2022, and as a Marine System Specialist at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from 2014 to 2019, where leadership included managing a team of engineers for the maintenance of critical ship systems. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
