Subhir Mishra

Subhir Mishra is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Procurement Manager at Soufflet Malt since December 2023. Prior to this role, Subhir held various positions at Soufflet Group, including Deputy Procurement Manager, where responsibilities involved strengthening the barley supply chain and ensuring targeted crop procurement, as well as Assistant Manager focusing on barley procurement through contract farming. Subhir began career as Sr. Executive, fostering relationships with farmers by promoting quality agricultural input techniques. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Indian Grameen Services, leading a water-based project to enhance farmers' livelihoods, and as Sales Officer at Netafim Irrigation India Pvt Ltd., where efforts were directed towards increasing inquiries and sales of drip irrigation systems. Subhir is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate Programme in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya.
