Michael Ransford

Michael Ransford is the Chief Operating Officer at Omega Optical Holdings, overseeing operations that span Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality across various divisions. Early career roles include Director of Engineering at Iphotonics and Principal Engineer at CIENA, specializing in optical design and systems engineering. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Optics & Communications from The Johns Hopkins University.
