Narayanan V has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Narayanan has held senior roles in various companies, including Omega Healthcare Management Services, where they served as Senior Vice President in Operations & WFM / Business enablement services from 2012 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for resource management, strategic initiatives, special projects, operation excellence, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant & Director at RenaVin Business Solutions in 2012. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Vice President at Genisys Software, GM Operations at Firstsource Solutions Limited, Senior Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, Regional Finance Head at Aircel Cellular Ltd, and Assistant Manager at Usha Martin Telekom Ltd.

Narayanan V pursued an ICWA-Intermediate degree in Costing, Marketing, Accounts, and Business Management from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India between 1990 and 1992. Narayanan subsequently completed an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Alagappa University from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, they obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce and Accounts from Madurai Kamarj University from 1984 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, Narayanan V obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in March 2023.
